How we think, our values and beliefs, our experiences and how we've been brought up affects what we say and do. Most of the time all goes well and we more or less achieve what we want in life and our children are generally fine.
However, there are also times in life when things just aren't going to plan.We aren't happy, we aren't achieving what we want and maybe our children aren't achieving or happy in what they are doing.
At times like this it can be helpful to take another look at our lives, think about what's going well and what we can do differently so that the things that aren't going well, go better.
The Engaging NLP series of workbooks allows you to spend a short amount of time doing this. They are not lengthy reads and they are not difficult to read so even if English isn't your first language you won't find them hard to understand.
These books offer you choices. When you always do what you've always done you will always get what you've always got. If that isn't good enough at the moment then consider making some changes.
By learning how what we think (Neuro), say (Linguistic) and do (Programming) affects the results we get in terms of our children's attitudes and behaviour, we are in a great position to get a different result by thinking, saying or doing something different.

If you decide you want to go ahead with a Skype consultation you can pay for it here in any currency or with any card using PayPal and it costs £50 for an hour.
Lots of parents ask me if Skype consultations can be done with children and teens and although Face to Face is the ideal, using a webcam we can still get good rapport and do exercises, learn skills etc. They can also keep in touch ongoing online. I have had some excellent results with Skype.
